Gulf recruiters often compare candidates who have worked in different countries, sectors, and operating environments. Numbers help only when they reveal comparable scale. For construction, mention project phase, contract scope, standards, safety, schedule, and the part you owned. For healthcare, show specialty, patient load, procedures, documentation, quality, and license status. For commercial roles, use territory, portfolio, targets, revenue, retention, or service outcomes.
Do not overstate team or project achievements as individual results. Explain your contribution with verbs such as coordinated, analysed, supervised, prepared, resolved, or improved, followed by the evidence. A recruiter should be able to see what changed because of your work and what belonged to the wider organization. That distinction makes the document more believable and gives you a stronger foundation for interview questions.
